My husband's birthday was this past friday, so we decided to try Cured at the Pearl. Located in Pearl's former administration building, you are surrounded by history while dining in a contemporary chic atmosphere.
Local brews and signature cocktails are sure to cool you down in this Texas heat.
I recommend the Starter Kit, Dulce Vita Tequila, Grapefruit, Jalapeño, Lime and Salt. Refreshing and delicious.

We started with the Charcuterie. These selections are all made in house and are cured from 30 days to 12 months.
We enjoyed (from top to bottom) the Apple Jalapeño Pork Rillettes, Smoked Duck Ham and Bresaola.
Our favorite was the Bresaola.

For dinner, I had the Wagyu Beef Tartare with Oyster Aioli and it was fabulous. My husband enjoyed the Cured Fois Gras.
